INDIVIDUAL PATE EN CROUTE

Our 1.6kg individual pâte en croûte is perfect for 10-12 people or 4-6 over a few days. A farce of pork belly, confit tongue, duck breast, chicken breast, macerated apricots enriched with a duck & port jelly and encased in a short crust butter pastry.

Croutes come Vacuum packed and have a shelf life of 10 day, plus 3 once unpacked.
